I'd say that story quality among original VN's(mostly Japanese) is indeed quite usual thing. Tho among all types of vn's existing such level of quality is very rare, - especially among "nswf"-oriented.

If got motivated enough about story you can check vndb.org for top of best VN's released in any format and any language. Many of them Japanese/psp only, but there are a lot at least English/PC localized.

Maybe that's for the better... Anyway there's nothing to be heard of either update or author himself so you will not end up waiting [endlessly] for the update...

And when[if =\] it'll come out - either this will be fixed or you'll get your answer then. As of now I see no point in giving possible solutions... X_X

FR — I dismissed "local"(c) option without any hesitation giving it 100% will fuck up some word-playing +will add extra time of waiting for the translation...-_- 

Ngl, 10 years ago I was "afraid" to run game in full-English. Localized japanese VN's were hard AF because of using speech almost nobody uses in common life, but after playing few more games afterwards I realized that they were much easier and it's just I got "hardcore" case for my first one XD Now after ~6years of playing + watching en streams I don't really care anymore if something is not translated) The only thing which is good to have - is subtitles(but after years of streams even that doesn't matter as much)

"for each their own", ofc, but truth be told — this game is too awesome to play it "on the go" like your average trash "candycrash" or whatever. 
I simply can't afford myself to treat the game this badly\

The best experience from this game can be taken only if you are playing without any external distractions/interruptions, yeah - on big screen, and ofc when you have free undivided time.
So if you already have 5k monitor - I'd really suggested you to try it there, after I played on 2K I just can't surrender it to phone anymore

Maan, one has to be really confident in players choices for that, but the end result was definitely worth it! (tho I bet it worked out for 95% of players anyways)

Just download it from google. Mega turned into fucking trash+scam, so I see why you can suggest that, but downloading at 100MB/s isn't as big of an issue.
